Anyone who has ever played games online with other people have either experienced verbal abuse or harassment. For me I believe that this is such a common thing since people can hide behind their computer screens and are able to say whatever they want without having any repercussions. So why then do I want to expose misogyny in gaming when it happens to everyone? That is a simple answer, females experience more abuse than men do, but not for being bad or making the team lose on purpose but because they are women and the man doesn't like it.
